We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As a Treatment Coordinator at Summit Implants and Oral Surgery, you will be the key liaison between our patients, referring offices and the clinical team. You will help guide patients through their treatment process, ensuring they understand their options, communicating diagnosis to referring offices and follow through with treatment needs. This is a dynamic role where strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth consultation process.
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate, including treatment consent forms.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient care and treatment flow.
• Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health system.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any patient concerns or questions.
• Work across two locations: Sammamish (Monday, Wednesday, and half-day Friday) and Renton (Tuesday, Thursday, and half-day Friday).
• Ability to do IOS scanning for surgical guides and capturing diagnostic x-rays and CT scans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental, or oral surgery office is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with insurance verification and billing is a plus.
• Proficiency with OMS software DSN and Imaging software Dexis.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with patients.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Vast knowledge of dental Implants
