The Administrative Support Specialist is more than an operational role — it’s a key culture carrier at Summit. This role works closely with the HR Manager and Leadership Team to support everything from guest coordination and event planning to recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily walkthroughs of shared office spaces (kitchen, conference rooms, bathrooms) to ensure the environment reflects Summit’s standard of excellence, organization, and readiness.

Serve as the first point of contact at Summit HQ by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing office traffic with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

Provide reliable administrative support to the Leadership Team, including travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and completion of office-related errands.

Maintain accurate and organized inventory of office, kitchen, Mt. Elbert Room, and bathroom supplies to ensure the workspace is consistently stocked and operational.

Act as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors (e.g., cleaning services, furniture, office equipment), ensuring service contracts are upheld and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Own the experience of hosting guests, clients, and external partners by planning and executing all logistics related to visits and meetings (room setup, accommodations, catering, gear, etc.).

Ensure full compliance with applicable business and licensing requirements by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for Summit and its licensed individuals.

Assist the HR Manager with key human resources tasks. This includes supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing recruitment logistics. Help with employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed properly.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements
This role is based in Colorado, and the employee must live in Colorado.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, generally during core business hours. This position is expected to average 40 hours per week, and may have the option for hybrid work on Fridays.
