ODP Management Trainee
Reports To: Plant Manager
Location: Lynchburg, Virginia
Compensation: Market Value DOE

You will have opportunities to see multiple Operating Companies to gain additional knowledge through on site visits.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Mentor and train through day-to-day tasks including equipment operation and maintenance, QC/QA testing, and project management.
- Work closely with the team to determine solutions to common problems.
- Learn the administrative requirements of the business through hands-on experience.
- Adopt and adapt safety protocol, with direct exposure to OSHA and MSHA training.
- Support basic operations and overall logistics.
- Learn to operate quarry equipment, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have transportation to and from assigned quarry each day.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements and noise.
