Summary

Kilgore Companies is now hiring for Roller Operators for the Utah County area and surrounding areas. In this position you will be responsible for compact, and finish paced asphalt to reach compaction specification and quality finish.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Break down asphalt behind pavers to achieve consistent density and establish rolling pattern with tester
• Finish-roll asphalt to obtain final compaction and remove any roller lines
• Notify crew of any mat defects overlooked before rolling
• Assist crew with shoveling and raking
• Assist crew with Job site set up and clean up
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

Prior Experience Operating a Roller Required
