We're seeking a highly motivated Medical Practice Manager to join our team at Summit Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our site, leading project and process improvement activities, and supervising business office, reception, file room, clerical staff, and clinical staff.
The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and practice management experience, with excellent interpersonal skills to build a cohesive, high-performance team. They will participate in charge entry, appointment scheduling, patient flow, medical records, and other office functions, and ensure adherence to all PCMH standards of care.
We're looking for a leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, has a steadfast patient-oriented focus, and is able to build trust through active listening and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Group Management Scheduling, Patient Registration, and Charge Entry, as well as acting as Compliance Representative and ensuring adherence to all requirements of the Corporate Compliance Program.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Health or Business Administration preferred. Two years of office management experience, including one year in a healthcare organization, is required.
In addition to their technical skills, the candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and organization.
