Position Overview:
Summit Millwork LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our sales and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a solid background in office management, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Principal Job Duties:
- Manage daily purchasing of materials for resale.
- Provide sales assistance to the sales team and customers.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally.
- Greet customers and manage filing of sales orders.
- Assist with customer billing and vendor payments (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable).
Requirements:
- Must work in-office, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong individual work ethic, capable of working independently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant office management or administrative experience.
