We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a bar setting, is knowledgeable and able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes $14 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Mix drinks according to recipes and customer requests
- Check identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Keep track of inventory and restock liquor, beer, wine, and other bar supplies as needed
- Process payments
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements and Skills:
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regualtions
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Relevent training certificate
