Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests in an upbeat, friendly manner … going the extra mile every time
- Project a professional appearance and manner
- Provide information to guests regarding event schedules and ticketing policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Charge appropriate admission fees and maintain accuracy in financial transactions
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Scan tickets for validity
- Verify starting and ending ticket inventory
- Assist with will-call in applicable locations
- Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, facility layout and seating locations
- Promptly resolve any guest issues while maintaining a caring, positive attitude
- Assist in the enforcement of facility policies
- Provide assistance to guests in emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming work environment
- Perform all related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work Thursday’s, Friday’s, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Must work well in a team setting and be self-motivated to work independently when needed
- Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
Work Experience
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Previous money handling experienced desired
- Basic math skills
Work Environment
- While performing the essential duties of this job, the position involves frequent standing and walking

- Evenings as needed
