Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to address client needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists for comprehensive care.
- Stay current on best practices, therapeutic interventions, and licensure requirements.
- Active LPC license in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for pediatric mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain organized, thorough documentation.
- Experience with trauma-informed care or specialized certifications (e.g., play therapy, CBT).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
