Summit Pet Care in Lees Summit, MO is looking for one front desk representative to join our 33 -person strong team. We are located at 810 NW Commerce Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Overview of Position:
Must LOVE people! Front desk employees are often the first person our clients come in contact with, they will be responsible for leaving a great first impression of Summit Pet Care.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Services
· Welcome clients and their furry pets, check in to verify all shots are up to date
· Manage in-person, online, email, and phone reservations
· Take appropriate payments from clients
· Offer Rewards programs for daycare, along with extra services for boarding
· Able to listen to client issues and then offer solutions to each problem
· Manage daily tasks in timely manner, i.e. run cards, report cards, on line reservations
· Work with other employees to ensure meeting client needs, i.e. groomers and day care attendants
· Clean and maintain organization of front desk, client area, bathrooms and supply room
· Support inventory control, including ordering supplies for business
Teamwork and Initiatives
· Ability to work with all team members in a respectful and professional manner
· Maintains a positive attitude at all times
