Job Description: The Videographer with Social Media Expertise will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our brand, including promotional materials, behind-the-scenes footage, and engaging social media clips. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms, excellent video production skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams.
Core Responsibilities Key Accountabilities:
Content Creation
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored to various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative Development: Develop creative concepts and scripts for video content that reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging.
Marketing Strategy:
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize video content on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and engaging with the audience.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate best practices into video content to maximize reach and engagement.
Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video equipment and software, ensuring all tools are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure video content supports broader company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Proven experience as a videographer with a portfolio showcasing video work, particularly for social media.
- Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Ability to adapt content for different platforms and audience preferences.

Salary : $59,000 - $70,000
