Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Own the development and execution of email marketing strategies that align with business goalspromotions, newsletters, customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns.
Design and test high-impact email campaigns that inspire action, reduce churn, and skyrocket conversions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to deliver captivating email content and visuals that resonate with our audience.
Email List Management:
Grow and maintain our email subscriber lists using strategic acquisition methods and strong database management practices.
Use smart segmentation and personalized approaches to ensure were delivering the right content to the right people at the right time.
Monitor and improve email deliverability, while ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Analytics & Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report key email metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously enhance campaign performance and optimize results.
Use data insights to refine and improve email strategies, ensuring long-term success.
Automation & Technology:
Build and implement automated workflows (welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns) that nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools to ensure we're using cutting-edge technology.
Oversee the seamless integration of email marketing platforms with CRM and other tools to optimize workflows and performance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3 years of proven success in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of results-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in top email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Iterable, or Keap.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.
Technical Skills (Ideal Candidate has extensive experience in the following):
Iterable Platform Mastery Understanding workflow automation, segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing in Iterable.
Email HTML & CSS Ability to make minor code adjustments for responsive email design.
API & Webhooks Knowledge Familiarity with integrating Iterable with CRMs, CDPs, and other marketing tools.
Data Management & Segmentation Using Iterables segmentation tools effectively for targeted campaigns.
Personalization & Dynamic Content Leveraging Handlebars for personalized email content and conditional logic.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Exceptional copywriting and editing abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Solid understanding of email design principles, including responsive design and UX best practices.
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of email marketing compliance, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML and email coding.
