The Head of Maintenance plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic planning processes to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce/negotiate costs.
- Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Have the ability to communicate with all in-house and third-party contractors.

Requirements
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with painting, light electrical, light plumping, tile work, sheetrock, ceiling tiles, asphalt and concrete repair.
