Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
- Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
- Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model
- Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
- Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
- Assist prospects in applying online
- Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
- Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
- Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives
- Complete market surveys
- Complete monthly Training
- All duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
- 1 years of on-site leasing experience
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Possesses superior customer service attitude
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- One-Site experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Physical Demands: The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
