Family Medicine Opening in Warrenton, OR

- Full-time, permanent position available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an existing practice group of healthcare professionals in Warrenton, Oregon.
- This clinical associate role will provide care within the Primary Care Clinic in Warrenton, serving as a fully embedded physician who devotes 100 percent of their time to patient care.
Key Highlights:
- Work Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week, with 4-hours per week of administrative time. Weekdays only, either 7am-5pm or 9am-7pm.
- Call Schedule: Phone only, 1:6 call schedule, on for one week at a time, with holiday call coverage shared among providers. Low volume call compared to urban/suburban environments.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Provider compensation based on MGMA 3-year rolling average, starting at the 50th percentile for new Family Medicine physicians (currently $236K).
- Benchmarked wRVUs at the 25th percentile, with opportunities for RVU/Quality bonus structure for exceeding targets.
