Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related industry (mitigation, restoration, construction, or insurance claims).
- Bilingual: Spanish / English (Mandatory)
- Understanding of the claims process, including intake, documentation, billing, and collections with insurance companies.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and claims-related legal documentation.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Airtable, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Expertise in customer relationship management, with the ability to resolve disputes and address bottlenecks effectively.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire claims lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the claims process.
- Coordinate the efforts of intake and collections departments.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth transitions and streamlined workflows.
- Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed and submitted as per attorney and insurance requirements to guarantee claim approvals and timely payments.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
