Job Description:
As a Roofing Sales Specialist at Summit Roofing, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, and guiding clients through the insurance claim process. This role requires a deep understanding of the roofing industry and insurance claims, as well as a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various methods, including door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings.
- Assist homeowners in filing and navigating insurance claims for roof repairs or replacements.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance claim process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
