- Conduct roof inspections on both residential and commercial roofs to identify leaks and areas of concern
- Perform roofing repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, tile, slate, and flat (TPO,EPDM, PVC) roofs
- Work on roofs using proper safety equipment
- Communicate with homeowners, building owners, and property managers about needed repairs.
- Document everything in CRM software and CompanyCam photo app.
- At times, Project Management on complete replacement and new construction jobs will be needed
- Minimum 5 years roofing experience required
- Must be comfortable on steep and low slope roofs
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Quality, transparency, and integrity must be at the forefront of everything you do
- Must take pride in work
- Great communication skills
