What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Psychologist (SY 25-26) position at Summit School District Region 1?
School Psychologists are responsible for consultation and direct counseling services, program evaluation, specific assessments, and collaboration with various school teams. School Psychologists at SSD are also part of the leadership team to support in the improvement and development of the SSD Department of Special Education.
Qualifications:
- Special Service Provider (SSP) issued by the Colorado Department of Education with an endorsement in School Psychology
- Successful, school-based experience in RTI and school based counseling preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Current Work calendar SY22-23 to be finalized. Position is 185 Days plus 10 extra days for Special Education Leadership Team

For all positions, experience is determined by years of work in the same job title. Experience that is similar but not the same job may be calculated at a 3:1 credit for years of experience. Year of Experience shall be whole numbers and not partial years.
Salary : $59,104 - $85,913
