Weekend Concierge / Marketing Assistant
Summit At Glenwyck in Glenville, NY is looking for a part time weekend person to join our team. Exact start date TBD but will likely begin Oct/Nov 2023. Schedule will be every other weekend - Saturday's 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday's 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets visitors and guests of the community and serves as a resource for questions or other information.
- Preparation and break down of Continental Breakfast
- Carries out programs scheduled for that day, if applicable
- Provide prospects with community tours and assist in marketing events, as needed
- Make follow up calls as directed by Community Manager to prospects
- Enter information in sales database software
- Enter work orders into work order system
- Other duties as outlined in the weekend list of duties
- Communicates the activity of the weekend to the weekday staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, equipment failure, emergency situations, etc.
- Professional image compatible with Summit Senior Living – positive attitude, energetic, assertive, and ability to serve as a role model for staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to learn new software as needed.
- Background Check Required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
