Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the septic industry, septic/sewer Installation experience
- Active CDL
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug test, in accordance with federal DOT regulations
- WOSSA Installer Certification
Job Responsibilities
Pay expectations discussed at interview
- Providing professional septic installation services to residential and commercial clients.
Performing the services requested by the customer, including:
- Ability to read blueprints/as-builts
- Time management
- Leadership Qualities (Laborers)
- Ordering material/inventory
- Filling out/submitting county reports
- Receiving payment from customers onsite
- Using software for routing on an iPad
- Working outside year-round in a variety of weather conditions
- Experience with but not limited to; mini excavators, skidsteers, trenchers, compactors, cameras, TopCon or other grade laser systems, jetters
- Experience towing a variety of trailers, proper securing of loads
- Machine maintenance
- Hand digging is required
- Adherence to safe lifting and safe digging regulations
- Friendly customer interactions, accurate reporting, and the ability to efficiently manage your time and responsibilities.
- Work well independently and with a team
Schedule Information – This role is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule (4 10s possible). There are opportunities for overtime, especially in the spring and summer months.
