As a Rigger/Operator, you’ll be at the center of our assembly operations. Rigger/Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely operate cranes to lift and position steel components.
- Partner with millwrights to assemble and align large industrial machinery.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and routine inspections on crane equipment.
- Follow detailed plans and blueprints to execute lifts with precision.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks, adhering to regulations and site protocols.
- Support troubleshooting efforts during equipment installation as needed.
Rigger/Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in crane operation, preferably in industrial or heavy machinery settings.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and maintain focus under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively on-site.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- At least 3-year related shop experience.
