Luxury Real Estate Sales Support Manager
We are looking for a highly personable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support the Sales Team and deliver a world-class experience for luxury real estate clients. This role requires someone who effortlessly builds relationships, understands sophisticated design and product concepts, and takes initiative.
The ideal candidate will manage client engagement, sales support, and operational oversight, ensuring seamless interactions between the sales team, development partners, agents, and buyers. They will also play a critical role in managing communication between the sales team and the developer, tracking outstanding tasks, and ensuring follow-through on all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Sales Support – Manage CRM updates, coordinate events, oversee development processes, and support the sales team with daily operations.
- Process Development & Quality Control – Create, implement, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, while auditing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Sales & Client Relations – Welcome visitors, engage with clients and agents, manage appointments, and provide expert product knowledge.
- Sales Gallery & Model Home Management – Ensure a luxury experience by maintaining properties in show-ready condition, managing signage and directionals, managing marketing material updates and inventory, refreshments, and overall upkeep.

- Sales experience is not necessary, but Experience with luxury brands, high-end service, or real estate is preferred
