HR Specialist
Private Equity / Venture Capital Industry

Our client, a premier brand acquisition firm in the Private Equity / Venture Capital space, is seeking an HR Specialist to join their small HR team in a high impact position.
This role plays a critical part in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders across multiple departments to provide strategic HR support, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with hiring managers and executives to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Support employee relations by providing guidance on workplace policies, conducting investigations when necessary, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while proactively identifying areas for improvement in HR processes and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, training, and retention
- Maintain accurate employee records, oversee HR reporting and analytics, and provide insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels, including C-suite executives and department leaders
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; exposure to Private Equity, Investment Management, or a related industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
