Summit Stairs & Millwork is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our teams in Rock Hill, Atlanta, Raleigh, and beyond. Based in Rock Hill, this role will blend HR administrative responsibilities with a welcoming presence at our building's entrance, ensuring seamless support for employees and guests while maintaining a quiet and focused workspace. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in recruiting, employee record management, benefits administration, and HRIS (ADP) usage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Front-Facing Support : Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while managing entryway interactions.
- Recruiting Assistance : Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding processes.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration : Guide employees through benefits enrollment, address inquiries, and assist with claim resolution.
- ADP HRIS Management : Input and update employee information, generate necessary reports, and ensure system accuracy.
- General HR Support : Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, including training coordination, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
