We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager reporting to our Bicentennial office. This is a full time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits to customers. The Senior Relationship Manager oversees an existing loan portfolio, growing it organically and also examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for business lines of credit, term loans, equipment acquisition facilities, construction and commercial real estate loans. This position works with Business Development officers in structuring proposals to applicants and works with the Special Assets Division (SAD) Manager on problem loans as needed. An expert level of understanding of C&I Lending is required, with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively while upholding values of integrity and teamwork are required.
The strong candidate will have a minimum of ten years of Commercial Lending experience, a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, superior customer service skills, an orientation toward building customer relationships and ability to produce high-quality work. Candidates with bilingual language ability (Spanish to English) are encouraged to apply.
