As a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion. About This Role:
- Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Review and approve engineering plans, reports, calculations, and specifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
