As a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Your leadership skills and expertise in civil engineering will be instrumental in managing project teams, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
About This Role:
- Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Review and approve engineering plans, reports, calculations, and specifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
