Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Technician to join our Customer Loyalty Team. This role will report to the Service Delivery Manager. Our ideal candidate will have strong soft skills, including customer service and team collaboration. We seek someone who is eager to learn and develop their technical sklls, and desires to become certified by Microsoft in relation to their cloud offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Take ownership of personal development through certifications and training.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required: Strong customer service skills
- Required: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Required: High level of accountability and ownership of tasks
- Preferred: Help Desk Experience
- Preferred: General IT Support Experience
- Preferred: Technical Certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft Specifically)
Compensation:
- $45,000.00 - $60,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
