What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Insurance Processing Manager position at SummitHR?
● Open and process residential and commercial purchase and refinance orders
● Request title search, import abstract, send title to lender, clear title issues
● Obtain and order mortgage payoff statements, HOA/condo statements, lien certificates, and final
water bills
● Submit documents to be recorded
● Initiate or approve outgoing wire transfers
● Prepare preliminary ALTA and Closing Disclosure
● As backup, prepare title work to lender, such as Title Commitment, CPL, Chain of Title, Wire
Instruction, Tax Certification and any additional lender requests
● Review calendar for assigned deals and scheduled closings and/or disbursements
● All other processing tasks as listed below with prior title employers including REO's
