Summit Properties seeks a full-time, Assistant Community Manager for 179 apartments in Chittenden County. The Assistant Community Manager will work as part of the Chittenden team which includes a Community Manager and a maintenance team. Candidate will need to be able to work independently, manage time effectively, be attentive to details, and willing to tackle challenges and solve problems!
Specific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Administrative :
- Maintaining and scanning resident files to efiles@summitpmg.com and physically filing on-site;
- Scanning rent checks or making bank deposits;
- Processing of service requests;
- Managing resident meal tickets process;
- Responding to phone calls, email & website inquiries;
- Working with the Community Manager to prepare the monthly management report;
- Filling in for the Community Manager when he / she is on vacation or sick;
- Assisting Community Manager with annual budgeting process;
