What You’ll Do:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of SummitStone clinics to ensure the successful delivery of administrative, clinical, and medical service lines. The Admissions Navigator Supervisor provides leadership and development opportunities for operations team members and serves as a resource and role model for all staff members. This position can be located at any one of our SummitStone clinic locations and may be required to provide support at different locations on an as needed basis. This role will also be required to provide support to in-person, hybrid, and community-based teams. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partner’s values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manages Access clinician’s EPIC scheduling templates.
- Provides monthly admin staff check-ins (or more as needed).
- Attends and actively participates in OP operations supervisor meetings.
- Oversees and manages admin schedule to ensure coverage for: referral coordinator, admission navigators, access center, intake scheduling.
- Facilitates monthly access admin team meetings.
- Manages access admin time off requests.
- Works closely with Access Manager, OP operations supervisors, and other leadership to create/adjust workflows.
- Point person and trainer for all access operational support including: access center (incoming calls for the agency) intake scheduling, VSDA, intake outreach calls, insurance verification, intake paperwork completion, external referrals, DocuSign, uploading documents to EMR, post intake scheduling, CRM, post intake paper work tracking, FA cleared and scheduling work queue, SDA Attending spreadsheet, MPRs.
- Involved in brainstorming and problem-solving barriers in Client’s access to care: Communicates with Operations Supervisors, community based/ forensic operations supervisors, Longview operations and Care Coordinators to identify areas to improve the client experience and adjusts workflows as needed.
- Collects and tracks intake reporting numbers.
- Assists in training access clinicians on operational tasks as needed (DocuSign, scheduling, intake paperwork).
- Attends ASK leadership training.
- Creates new hire schedule and coordinates training with new team members.
- Coordinates last two weeks of employment when team member resigns- ensuring all notes are completed, in basket is cleared out, out of offices replies are in place, and all SHP equipment is returned.
- Recognizes/celebrates admin team milestones and birthdays.
- Triages client’s complaints/concerns as needed.
- Attends and participates in interview process for access admin applicants.
Required:
- High school diploma or completion of G.E.D. required.
- More than two years of experience in a related position in healthcare or behavioral healthcare operations required.
- More than one year of experience providing direct supervision to staff or overseeing a team required.
Preferred:
- More than three years of experience in a customer-service or client-facing position preferred.
- Experience with high acuity care, highly desirable.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred

Total Rewards
The typical hiring range for this position is $24.00 to 28.80 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.
