As an Equipment Leasing Administrator, you will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating lease transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams, customers, and third-party leasing partners throughout the leasing process
- Process credit applications, obtain lease approvals, and verify pricing and documentation
- Audit lease documents for accuracy and compliance, ensuring all transactions are properly executed
- Request buyout information, manage equipment returns, and coordinate with the warehouse as needed
- Address lease-related inquiries, including insurance documentation and account servicing
- Maintain and track leasing activity while managing an organized leasing portfolio
- Develop and structure leasing transactions to meet customer needs and leasing company requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
- Expertise in leasing processes, including credit evaluation and documentation management
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, including interest rates and lease structures
- High attention to detail for ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid schedule available after training.
