SumnerOne is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment and Engraver Operator to join our team at SumnerOne’s Print Shop. In this role, you will manage the fulfillment database, oversee inventory for shipping materials, and operate engraving equipment to produce custom signs. Your attention to detail and proficiency with business software will ensure timely and accurate production and shipping.

Responsibilities :

  • Fulfillment Operations :

Manage the fulfillment database to process daily shipping requests via USPS or international mail

  • Monitor and maintain par levels of inventory materials for timely shipping to customer members
  • Reporting and Documentation :

    • Prepare monthly activity reports and inventory supply reports

  • Generate monthly cost center reports for internal billing of engraving jobs
  • Engraving Operations :

    • Operate Gravotech engravers to fulfill sign requests from internal customers

  • Ensure engraving equipment is maintained for high-quality production and order supplies as needed
  • Equipment and Inventory Management :

    • Perform regular maintenance on fulfillment and engraving equipment to ensure operational efficiency

  • Organize and track inventory, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs
  • Physical Tasks :

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and productivity

    Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of fulfillment processes, inventory management, and engraving operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving extended periods of movement and lifting
