Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
- Take & serve accurate food and drink orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
- Process payment transactions accurately
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
