PRN-based Outpatient Locums Position: A physician is needed to work in multiple locations in West Virginia, including Gassaway, Keyser, and Martinsburg. The provider's own office must be within 50 miles of these locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general medicine to adults, exclusively.
- Complete one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
- Evaluate patients using interview-based and physical assessment methods, without prescribing or treating.
Shift Options and Rates:
- $560: Half-day Rate (4 hours) for flat rate shifts.
- $1,120: Daily Rate (8 hours) for flat rate shifts.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted WV state license.
- BC/BE within 0-3 years of residency.
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular conditions.
- Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Personal laptop (no MACs).
- Willingness to wear a mask during all visits.
- DMA certification or willingness to train/certify.
- Current home address listed on CV.
