We are looking for a Mail Clerk to process and distribute all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail.
JOB DUTIES
- Check arrival, departure and "who's here" report to process mail correctly.
- Ensure files are accurately maintained.
- Receive mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis; distributes mail appropriately.
- Process all certified, registered and returning mail.
- Handle all calls regarding mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
