OVERVIEW
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll plan, control and direct the marketing, sales and customer service activities of an assigned region to attain maximum sales volume of new, pre-owned, brokered and leased homes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards. You'll evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to meet the changing market and competitive conditions. Additionally, you'll provide advice and assistance to senior management and operations team members on sales and marketing-related issues to ensure accomplishment of organization goals and objectives.

JOB DUTIES
- Prepare, execute, and achieve annual sales and leasing budget for assigned region; prepare monthly variance reports.
- Oversee the ordering and pricing of new homes and LPP homes, assuring the most marketable home for a specific site.
- Create, supervise and approve implementation of marketing and advertising programs within pre-determined budget of assigned region.
- Develop and implement training seminars and effective brokered home sales programs for assigned region to achieve sales goals.
- Assist with sales team member hiring, training and development.
- Monitor the purchases and pricing of pre-owned homes and trade-ins that are in place or to be removed.
- Evaluate current financing programs to ensure proper financing.
- Initiate community-specific sales incentives on new, pre-owned and leased homes after input from senior management.
- Attend periodic training and education related to industry product, service and trends.
- Assist with the development of effective marketing programs at developing communities within assigned region.
- Other duties as assigned.
