We are looking for a Snack Bar Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the snack bar at one of our RV resorts. If you have experience working in a food preparation environment, we want to talk to you!
OVERVIEW
As a Snack Bar Supervisor, you'll oversee customer relations, food preparation and food sales. You'll also order, receive and stock food.
JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate team member selection, training, development and scheduling of direct reports and ensure all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Greet customers and complete food sale transactions.
- Perform snack bar opening and closing duties.
- Ensure food is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked.
- Place food orders, receive and verify vendor deliveries, and stock food as requested.
- Operate cash register and receive payments in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable.
- Ensure snack bar area is cleaned and maintained.
- Inspect store facilities and equipment to ensure the safety, cleanliness and proper working order; perform basic upkeep of equipment and report all issues when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
