Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Recruit your team, and manage the schedule.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Train new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service techniques.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during events or busy periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Manage inventory and ordering.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending and management experience required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Familiarity with food management practices and culinary basics is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
