Bar Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong leadership and management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Recruit your team, and manage the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Train new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during events or busy periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Manage inventory and ordering.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and management experience required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Familiarity with food management practices and culinary basics is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to upholding food safety standards in all aspects of bar operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
