JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant with office / administrative experience who will focus on a variety of operational and business needs projects to join and assist our growing team.
DUTIES:
- Be knowledgeable of company products and services so that you can answer questions confidently.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary.
- Accept and perform all other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Possess effective problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
- Be willing to learn with the ambition and the drive to strive for excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all quality processes, including documentation and verification as they apply to the performance of your tasks.
- Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma/GED. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus. Administrative experience is required.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Demonstrates attention to detail.
SHIFTS
MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
