WHAT'S A DAY AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR LIKE?
In this construction management position, you help ensure each project is completed successfully by overseeing our day-to-day project administration and coordination tasks. As directed by our owner, president, or project managers, you visit various job sites to make sure each team has all the materials they need and to ensure they're following our safety policies and quality standards. Diligently, you make sure each project is on track and identify ways to help the progress if we're behind.
You do whatever is needed to help each project come together. As needed, you perform tasks such as estimating labor requirements, coordinating field deliveries, maintaining project documentation, and directing project activities. You also coordinate project kick-off and pre-con meetings as well as prepare job start-up and close-out checklists. You take pride in how your efforts positively impact our team and our projects!
