Your Mission: The Creative Services Director leads marketing and branding efforts by developing a creative vision aligned with business objectives and industry trends. Working alongside the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and the Director of Marketing Operations, they oversee the creative team, managing schedules, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality output. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering creative projects on time and within budget while collaborating with marketing and sales teams. They provide strategic guidance on design, branding, and messaging, approve final assets, and direct LiveWell Magazine's production. Additionally, they manage vendor partnerships and marketing platforms, ensure seamless project workflows, present campaign results to stakeholders, and uphold Sun Health's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the creative vision for the organization's marketing and branding efforts.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep the company ahead of competitors.
Team Management
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations Director, Marketing Managers, and designers to ensure details and schedules are aligned to meet deadlines/expectations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers, designers, copywriters, content creators, and other creative professionals
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for the creative services team.
Project Oversight
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns and materials.
- Ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Creative Execution
- Provide guidance on design, branding, and messaging to maintain consistency and impact.
- Approve final creative assets and campaigns before they are launched.
- Act as a problem-solver to address creative challenges and deliver solutions.
- Directs Layout, Content, Production of LiveWell Magazine
- Directs creative aspects for all marketing projects to ensure timely deliverables
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals and expectations.
- Present creative concepts and campaign results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provides all customers/audiences of Sun Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health Values and Mission each and every day.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
- Requires reliable transportation in employee provided vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance
- 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering successful campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Exceptional understanding of production process, branding, design principles, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent eye for detail, a passion for strong creative ideas
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborator
- Good analytical skills.
