Your Mission: In the absence of the chef to function in his/her behalf. To supervise all kitchen staff relating to the daily production of food products. To prepare and serve food products as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Executive Chef in his/her absence.
- Enforce campus policies.
- Inventory and ordering of raw and prepared food items.
- Assist with making the work schedule.
- Ensure proper preparation and food quality.
- Maintain and enforce safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the training of all kitchen employees.
- Assist in the food production as needed.
- Any duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
Machine/Equipment/Tools Used:
- Knives
- Slicer
- Choppers
- Ovens
- Mixers
- Blenders
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of proper knife handling techniques.
- Previous management experience in a kitchen setting.
- Previous experience with ordering raw and processed food products.
- Knowledge of maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Must be able to obtain a Maricopa County Food Handlers card.
