Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings.

Skills

• Strong background in food service and customer service with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred.
• Sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with nightclub environments is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
