The opportunity : We're looking for a dedicated Learning & Quality Specialist to support the Operational Quality Assurance Team. You'll be responsible for comprehensive coaching, quality assurance assessments and audits to identify deviations, defects and non-conformities with processes.
Core Working Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
How you will contribute :
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance assessments and audits to identify deviations, defects and non-conformities with processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues.
- This position reports to the Health & Risk Solutions Operations Manager of Quality Assurance and is responsible for preparing, inspecting and complying with Health Information Management's policies and procedures.
- The Quality Assurance Specialist will help validate and / or develop improved standards, identify training needs, including root-cause analysis, and correction actions / recommend solutions for the Operations Department within Health & Risk Solutions.
- The Health Information Team is responsible for collecting, compiling, organizing, maintaining and protecting all patient health information.
- The Medical Intelligence Team is responsible for producing deliverables that assist in creating knowledgeable patients, advocates and researchers to align with member specific needs and conditions.
- The Quality Assurance Specialist verifies that each HIM & MedIntel Team Member is meeting these responsibilities.

Salary Range : $50,800-$68,600
