Location : We support US flexible working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

The opportunity :

Ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency for all the case generation for in force Stop Loss Clients.
Evaluate and run Manual rates on Stop Loss Renewal business.
Manage assigned workload to meet internal productivity and time service standards as well as field office priorities.
Manage Renewal inbox ensuring timely set up and accurate assignment of Renewal casework.
Generate internal pricing document ensuring accuracy of data inputs.
Independent decision making on fundamental problems within specific rules and utilizing general underwriting guidelines.

How you will Contribute :

Analyzes information on industry, demographics, and other standard criteria.

Demonstrate experience in accurate and proficient data entry.

Required to work effectively in a high volume, transaction-oriented environment.

Quote appropriate manual rates to underwriting team.

Build and maintain effective working relationship with assigned inside sales specialists, Stop Loss Specialists and Underwriting partners. This includes demonstrating a professional, service focused orientation in interactions with internal partners and understanding SLF's guidelines.

Ensure there is effective support to internal partners by acting as a full team member and providing critical support as needed on all in force business.

Input customer logistics to enable generation of the quote.

Identify and obtain missing information material for assessment and / or pricing of the risk.

Verify customer information within the system to ensure accuracy.

Supports the identification and development of best practices workflows and procedures.

Provides technical support.

What will you bring :

BA / BS or technical degree preferred.

Underwriting experience preferred but not required.

Requires strong time management skills.

Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrates multi-tasking ability.

Ability to negotiate with people.

Must be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to manage a high-volume workload with competing demands.

Requires strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

Salary Range : $51,700 - $69,800
