• 3 years of Call Center experience (customer service, sales, or retention)
• Flexible Schedule (8:00am-7:00pm Monday thru Friday; 2 Saturday’s a month)
• Job Stability
• Eager and Ready to work
• Collections experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred

As a Collections Specialist, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls while collecting on past-due or delinquent accounts. By building strong rapport with customers, you will make a direct impact on the business. Your passion for customer service and inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 and up plus an opportunity to bonus monthly
