Collections Specialist

Location : San Antonio, Texas

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

  • Process customer payments accurately and timely, process customer refunds, review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments, small balance write off, and customer reconciliations
  • Reconcile monthly Statements and Notices of Intent to Lien

    • YOU HAVE...

  • 3 years of collections experience within the construction industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Billing and Collections policies, practices and procedures
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge / experience a plus
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Exposure to NetSuite or Versapay a PLUS
