The Sun Lodge is seeking a Line Cook to join their team at The Trailhead Restaurant. As a key member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals to order, adhering to established food production programs and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high-quality dishes and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food forecasting, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
• 1 years of experience as a Line Cook in a similar establishment or completion of a culinary program preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
