Overview
The Golf Services Attendant should always have a friendly and helpful attitude always as they would be responsible for assisting the guests throughout the resort. Also responsible for setting up, parking, charging and preparing golf carts for the day-to-day operations and assist guests in loading and unloading their bags and clean guest amenities. This may also include guest pool maintenance as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting and interacting with guests, providing information and also assisting them as and when required.
Provide directions to resort guests.
Remove golf carts from the storage area and stage for resort guests.
Clean, detail, restock and recharge carts after each day.
Document any golf cart damage and deficiency for engineering department
Assists in the closing of all operational facilities.
Assists manager with day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Takes used golf carts from return area & washes, cleans and stores in storage area for recharging of batteries.
- Report any lost and find items to facilities management.

Assist in performing general landscape duties as and when requested by the management.
- Assist in pool maintenance and cleaning when requested by management.

Provides general information to the public regarding the resort and surrounding areas.
Performs any other duties as and when necessary or directed by management.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality as the job requires tremendous guest interaction.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, including rain and wind etc.
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis is a must.
Education:
- High School or Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Prior Experience in this or a related position.
